Disney/ Touchstone Films sunt interesati in a pune in scena povestea trupei Blondie, conform Huffington Post. Blondie a fost una dintre cele mai influente trupe ale anilor 70, cu hit-uri ca Heart of Glass, One Way or Another, Call Me si Rapture.

Disney este de asemenea, de acord ca frumoasa latina, Selena Gomez o poate interpreta pe Debbie Harry (cantareata principala a acestei trupe punk-rock).
